Licensing/Job Title
All lawyers employed by stetter Rechtsanwälte are licensed as lawyers in the Federal Republic of Germany. They are all members of the Munich Bar Association, Tal 33, 80331 Munich: www.rechtsanwaltskammer-muenchen.de.
The professional designation “lawyer” and the titles “certified specialist in criminal law” and “certified specialist in tax law” were all awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Codes of Conduct for Lawyers
The relevant codes of conduct for the lawyers employed by stetter rechtsanwälte are
“The Federal Lawyers’ Act” (BRAO), “The Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers” (BORA), “The Lawyers’ Remuneration Act” (RVG), “The Code of Conduct for Specialist Lawyers” (FAO), “The Code of Conduct for European Lawyers” (CCBE). All texts are available on the website www.brak.de under “Angaben gemäß §6 TMG”.
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Lawyers practicing in Germany are obliged to take out professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of €250,000. Details can be found in §51 of the BRAO.
Professional indemnity insurance for all lawyers employed by stetter Rechtsanwälte has been taken out with Württembergische Versicherung AG, Gutenbergstraße 30, 70176 Stuttgart and is valid for Europe.
